Two brothers have been reusing the same birthday card for over 40 years

Redditor venusreincarnate shared this snap of an ancient birthday card belonging to their father and uncle. Yes, both of them.
It appears the two men took the message on the inside of the card (“Don’t throw this card away… Recycle it to a friend!”) very seriously.

The user revealed that Ron and Jeff have been sending the card back and forth to each other since around 1973, for over 40 years of birthdays.
As you can see, Ron needs to step up his signing game (forgetting to sign twice, Ron? Really?) – but amazing effort all round.
